What we do for you

It all starts with ideas, sketches and options. We develop a concept that suits your site, your wishes and your budget – taking the surroundings, orientation and light into account.

We organise functions, areas and workflows in clear plans and diagrams. A site plan shows how the parts of the building relate to each other. On request, we summarise how the site is used – for example green, residential and commercial areas; a traffic study can also be part of this.

Photorealistic images and 3D models show your project before it is built – helping you, investors and authorities make decisions.

Once the design is settled, we prepare the documents for the building application and the construction drawings: coordinated, detailed plans for architecture, structure, building services and electrical engineering. On request, we also provide building specifications and bills of quantities.

For homes, offices, restaurants or shops: we design interiors and develop a concept for furniture, colours, lighting and materials. For the interior fit-out we provide working and detail drawings.

Barrier-free planning to DIN 18040 – for the whole building or for individual areas.

We design buildings and components for 3D concrete printing – from the digital model to realisation with specialist partners. More about this in our project Sandstein 4.0.
